RJPT Family Reunion Schedule

August 29th

· Arrival time: hotel check in/ welcome Package giveouts- 3:00pm

· Friday night meet & greet time: 5pm-8pm

at Charley’s Watefront restaurant in the ballroom

(sandwiches & finger foods available)

possibly bowling after meet & greet

 Schedule for August 30th

10am-4pm: Cookout, Pig Roast (Twin Lake Park)

Discuss Family Tree/Memorial ceremony of family members that gone (Balloon send-off)

· Enjoy adventure, hang around, fishing, Kayaking, zip lining etc….

· Game, Prizes & Give Away

 .White Party Dinner with DJ & Entertainment (5:30pm-10:00pm)

located at Cedar Crest conference center at twin lake park

· Night  out on the town after white party. (we found a spot)

Sunday August 31-Finale

· Prayer Breakfast - 9am-10:30am

· Spoken Word/Music (10:30am-12 noon)

· Announce next date & place for family reunion

· End of Reunion
